Acai Berry Barley Smoothie

Did you know barley can be added to your smoothies as a thickening agent and for extra FIBER and NUTRIENTS?! This recipe is SUPER CREAMY but SUPER HEALTHY. Enjoi!



INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 tsp acai powder

  2. 3 tbsp cooked hulled barley

  3. 1/2 frozen banana

  4. 4 strawberries

  5. splash of DIGESTION joíí (orange with ginger, turmeric)

  6. half a ripe avocado

BLEND TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH!
