Acai Berry Barley Smoothie
Did you know barley can be added to your smoothies as a thickening agent and for extra FIBER and NUTRIENTS?! This recipe is SUPER CREAMY but SUPER HEALTHY. Enjoi!

INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp acai powder
3 tbsp cooked hulled barley
1/2 frozen banana
4 strawberries
splash of DIGESTION joíí (orange with ginger, turmeric)
half a ripe avocado
BLEND TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH!
